RecoverKit is currently offered to selected pilot merchants while the Stripe App listing and recovery workflow are validated.

  • Failed-invoice detection from installed-account Stripe events.
  • Customer recovery emails with secure recovery links.
  • Stripe-hosted invoice/payment collection.
  • Embedded Stripe Dashboard overview, case detail, resend, and stop actions.

Future paid plan

Usage-based pricing to be finalized

Paid pricing will be confirmed before broad availability. RecoverKit will not silently activate paid billing for pilot merchants.

  • Pricing will be communicated before activation.
  • Billing terms will be confirmed with each merchant before paid use.
  • Recovery emails and hosted payment collection remain merchant-controlled.
  • Stripe remains the payment processor for customer invoice payment.

What is not included

  • RecoverKit does not replace Stripe Billing, Stripe Smart Retries, or Stripe-hosted invoice payment pages.
  • RecoverKit does not collect card data directly.
  • RecoverKit does not cancel subscriptions, revoke SaaS access, or make collection decisions without merchant configuration.
  • Custom legal, tax, accounting, or debt-collection workflows are outside the MVP scope.

Pilot billing status

During MVP validation, pilot pricing may be handled manually with the merchant. RecoverKit will update this page before broader paid launch.
